Order changes and cancellations

Email service@lurtad.com as soon as possible after ordering. We will review the request, but changes are not guaranteed once processing, packing or carrier preparation has begun.

Information to include

Provide every affected order number, customer name, checkout email and the exact change requested.

Address changes

A corrected address may require cancellation and a new order. We cannot redirect every parcel after carrier handoff.

Item changes

Style, color or quantity substitutions depend on inventory and processing status. Price differences may require a new checkout.

Duplicate orders

Report suspected duplicates immediately and list all order numbers. Do not assume one order will automatically be cancelled.

After fulfillment

If cancellation is no longer possible, the return policy applies after delivery.

Support and documentation

Keep your order confirmation, product packaging and photographs until the order is complete and any concern has been resolved. When contacting us, provide the order number and relevant details so the request can be reviewed accurately. We answer questions using the information available for the specific product and order.
