By using lurtad.com or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully and review the product, shipping, return and privacy terms that apply to your purchase.

Orders

An order may be verified, declined or cancelled for stock, pricing, payment, security, destination or delivery reasons. A confirmation does not remove these checks.

Product presentation

Party-supply color, pattern, quantity and scale can appear different across screens and styling photographs. Props and food are excluded unless explicitly listed.

Responsible use

Follow package warnings and adult-supervision guidance. Keep balloons, small parts, poppers and flames managed safely. No decoration is suitable for every age or environment.

Availability and errors

We may correct clear content or pricing errors and update assortment, features or policies while respecting applicable consumer rights.

Governing rights

Keep your order confirmation, product packaging and photographs until the order is complete and any concern has been resolved.
